Our Founder
Jenna Robertson founded Gaia’s Evolution after years of running a regenerative leadership and creativity coaching practice, supporting leaders and creatives across a wide range of sectors.
Her work is deeply grounded in her doctoral research exploring systems transformation.
Jenna brings a rare alchemy of experience. She began her career leading award-winning engineering innovation, and went on to become an internationally recognised artist and executive leader in arts and culture.
From this diverse journey, the Gaia Transformation Method™ was born.
